RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

  • At Starmediajorhat.com we offer a 2-day replacement policy only in case of a rare occasion where you have received a wrong product or damaged product.

  • In order to be eligible for a replacement, you must connect within us at contact@Starmediajorhat.com within 2 days of receiving the product.

  • After we receive your complaint, our team of professionals might connect with you and ask for additional information like images, etc. Post that we will send our delivery partner to collect the product. The product must match with the images shared by you (if any) and should be returned in the original packaging only

  • Shipping charges to and from Star Media (Jorhat) for any exchange or return will be borne by the customer. Customer has to make sure they use a reputed courier service.

  • No refunds will be made under any circumstances.

  • In rare cases of any cancellation (pre and post shipped) / return / refund issued by Star Media to the customer, the shipping charges, order processing / packing fees, transaction charges / payment gateway fees and taxes are non-refundable.

  • Any exchange products / items are to be sent back (shipped) to Star Media within 2 days of delivery.

  • Exchange of products will be entertained only if they are purchased from Star Media.

  • No returns and exchanges for selected products which are on discount sale or clearance sale. For products on sale / clearance, please contact us about the return and exchange applicable before you order. If a certain product description mentions no return / no exchange, that will be strictly followed.
